Halcyon Valves Automation is an ISO 9001 certified engineering company, a unit of The New Bhagya Lakshmi Pattern Works specializing in valve, actuator, and automation system manufacturing. Founded by P. Santra — NPTEL IIT Kharagpur Robotics Topper Elite — the company integrates 25 years of experience in mechanical design, industrial automation, and digital manufacturing. Our focus lies in precision, reliability, and Industry 4.0 integration.

Using SolidWorks and Mastercam, we develop end-to-end solutions from 3D modeling to CNC programming and production. Our facilities support custom manufacturing, reverse engineering, and intelligent valve automation for process, water, and energy industries. Every design undergoes simulation, testing, and strict quality checks to ensure durability and performance.
