Single Acting Pneumatic Actuator Operated Ball Valve

1. Body Material: Robust WCB (Carbon Steel) body designed for heavy-duty industrial use and long service life.

2. Ball Material: Precision-finished Stainless Steel SS 304 ball ensuring smooth operation and excellent corrosion resistance.

3. Spindle / Stem: Constructed from SS 410, offering superior strength and wear resistance under cyclic operation.

4. Seat Material: PTFE (Teflon) seats provide tight sealing, low friction, and chemical compatibility with various media.

5. Actuation: Single-acting (spring return) pneumatic actuator — automatically returns to the fail position (open or closed) upon air failure for safety.

6. Design Standard: Manufactured in accordance with API 6D / BS 5351 ball-valve design standards.

7. End Connection: Flanged ends as per ANSI B 16.5, Class 150, ensuring secure and leak-free installation.

8. Pressure Rating: Rated for Class 150 

9. Operation Type: Pneumatically operated quarter-turn with optional manual override available on request.
