1. Company Overview

Halcyon Valves Automation is engaged in the design, manufacturing, and supply of industrial valves, flanges, fittings, automation components, and engineering products.

All transactions made through our online store are governed by the following commercial, legal, and technical terms.

  Dimensional and specification variations may occur due to manufacturing tolerances or standard revisions.

  The Buyer is responsible for verifying product suitability for their specific application before purchase.
  

3. Pricing & Taxes

• 
  All prices shown are exclusive of transportation and freight charges.
  
• 
  Applicable GST, packing, and handling charges shall be added to the invoice as per law.
  
• 
  Prices are subject to change without prior notice due to market fluctuations or material cost changes.
  

4. Order & Payment Terms

• 
  Orders are accepted only after full payment .
  
• 
  Once confirmed, orders cannot be cancelled or modified.
  
• 
  Halcyon Valves Automation reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order for reasons including incorrect pricing, stock unavailability, or payment verification failure.
  

5. Shipping & Transportation Policy

• 
  All shipments are dispatched through reputed transporters (e.g., TCI Freight, TCI Express, GATI, VRL, DTDC, Blue Dart, or equivalent).
  
• 
  Transportation charges shall be borne directly by the Buyer.
  
• 
  Goods will be dispatched on a “Freight Paid” basis unless otherwise agreed in writing.
  
• 
  Halcyon Valves Automation will assist in dispatch coordination but is not responsible for , transit delays, or damages, materials will be forwarded up to transporter godown. Customer need collect from there nearest transporter godown. Such as buyer address is Bhopal customer need collect from transporter goddown at Bhopal.
  
• 
  Buyers may nominate their preferred transporter by providing details at the time of order.
  

6. Packing & Handling

• 
  Standard packing is included in the product cost.
  
• 
  For wooden, export, or heavy-duty packing, additional charges may apply.
  
• 
  All materials are thoroughly checked and sealed before dispatch to ensure quality and safety.
  

7. Delivery Schedule

• 
  Delivery timelines depend on product availability, manufacturing lead time, and transporter routing.
  
• 
  Typical despatch is 5–10 working days for India.
  
• 
  Delays due to unforeseen events (transport strikes, weather, or force majeure) are beyond our control.
  

8. Return & Replacement Policy

• 
  Once goods are sold, they cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded.
  
• 
  Orders once dispatched are final and non-cancellable.
  
• 
  Return or replacement will be considered only if:
  
  
  Wrong product/specification is supplied, or
  
  
  Goods are visibly damaged during transit (reported within 24 hours with photo/video proof).

  In such cases, the Buyer must not use or install the item and must email details tosales.dept.halcyon@gmail.com for review.
  
• 
  Claims will be evaluated in coordination with the transporter or manufacturer before resolution.
  

9. Warranty Terms

  Warranty, if applicable, is limited to manufacturer’s standard warranty for material or workmanship defects only.
  
• 
  Warranty does not cover:
  
  
  Damage during installation, misuse, or improper storage
  
  
  Operation beyond rated pressure/temperature
  
  
  Corrosion, wear, or chemical attack
  
  
  
• 
  Liability is limited strictly to repair or replacement of defective parts and not to any consequential or process losses.
  

10. Risk & Ownership

• 
  Ownership of goods passes to the Buyer upon handover to the transporter.
  
• 
  Goods are dispatched at Buyer’s risk, and buyers are advised to insure goods in transit.
  
• 
  Halcyon Valves Automation is not responsible for loss or damage after dispatch.
  

11. Intellectual Property

All trademarks, product names, text, images, and technical data published on this website are property of Halcyon Valves Automation or their respective owners.

Use of third-party brand names (such as TCI, GATI, DTDC, etc.) is for identification purposes only and does not imply any affiliation or endorsement.

12. Limitation of Liability

Under no circumstances shall Halcyon Valves Automation be liable for indirect, consequential, or incidental damages including production loss, downtime, or profit loss arising from the use or failure of the product.

13. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

All disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts at Kolkata, West Bengal, India.
