🔄 Return & Replacement Policy

1. General Terms

At Halcyon Valves Automation, every product is carefully inspected, tested, and securely packed before dispatch to ensure it reaches you in perfect condition.
Our products are industrial and application-specific; therefore, returns are not accepted once goods are sold and dispatched.

2. No-Return Policy

  • Once goods are sold, they cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded.

  • Orders once confirmed and dispatched are considered final and non-cancellable.

  • This policy applies to all categories including valves, flanges, fittings, actuators, fasteners, and automation components.

3. Exceptions (If Applicable)

Return or replacement will only be considered in the following rare cases:

  • The product received is different from what was ordered (wrong model or specification).

In such cases:

  • The buyer must not install or use the item.

  • The buyer must email the complaint to info@halcyonvalves.com with order details and images.

  • Our team will review and coordinate with the transporter or manufacturer before taking further action.

4. Inspection Before Delivery

Buyers are advised to inspect the consignment at the time of delivery.
If any visible damage or shortage is found, please note it on the transporter’s LR/Docket and inform us immediately.
No claim shall be entertained once the material is accepted without remarks.

5. Warranty & Support

  • Any warranty, if applicable, is limited to manufacturer’s warranty terms only.

  • Halcyon Valves Automation does not provide cash refunds or product buy-backs.

  • Technical assistance or replacement is subject to evaluation and approval by our quality team.
