🚚 Shipping & Transportation Policy

1. General Terms

At Halcyon Valves Automation, we ensure safe and prompt dispatch of all goods through reliable and reputed transporters.
All shipments are handled with due care, proper packing, and full documentation in compliance with applicable transport and safety regulations.


2. Transportation Charges

  • Transportation and freight charges shall be borne directly by the Buyer.

  • The Buyer may pay transportation charges directly to the courier or transporter at the time of delivery or as per the transporter’s billing terms.

  • Halcyon Valves Automation will not include transportation charges in the product invoice.

  • We shall assist in coordinating dispatch with the transporter but the freight liability rests with the Buyer.


3. Mode of Dispatch

  • Orders are normally dispatched through reputed national transporters such as TCI Freight, TCI Express, GATI, VRL, DTDC, BlueDart, or other registered carriers depending on destination and load type.

  • Buyers may also nominate their preferred transporter by sharing complete contact details at the time of order confirmation.

  • Dispatch will be made “Freight To Pay” basis unless otherwise agreed in writing.


4. Packing & Handling

  • Standard packing charges are included in the product price unless otherwise specified.

  • For special export, wooden, or customized packaging, additional charges may apply.

  • All consignments are checked and sealed before handover to the transporter to ensure integrity and safety during transit.


5. Delivery & Transit Time

  • Delivery schedules are subject to transporter route and availability.

  • Typical transit time: 2–10 working days depending on destination and load size.

  • Halcyon Valves Automation is not responsible for delays, damages, or losses occurring in transit once the goods have been handed over to the transporter.


6. Risk & Insurance

  • Goods are dispatched at Buyer’s risk once handed to the transporter.

  • The Buyer is advised to insure goods for transit risk.

  • Any claims for loss or damage must be raised directly with the transporter.


7. Delivery Confirmation

  • Proof of dispatch and LR (Lorry Receipt) / Docket Number will be shared upon shipment.

  • Buyers can track shipment status using the transporter’s online tracking portal or by contacting their local branch.
